We apply Behavioural & Decision Strategy to People, Products, Orgs & Culture.

A firm that turns how people actually decide into strategy you can act on through original research and capability building, across industries.
What follows is a working index of the signals that drive us.

Abraham Wald looked at the bombers that returned from combat and reinforced the parts with no bullet holes - because the planes hit there never came back. We are named for that instinct: read the evidence that isn't in front of you. Most decisions fail exactly where attention doesn't reach.

We're Behavioural Scientists, Decision Researchers, Designers and Strategists who work inside real constraints like budgets, deadlines, politics, incentives , not just inside papers. The rigour is academic; the output is usable.

We study how people actually judge, choose and act, then convert that into strategy: what to change, where to intervene, and how to know it worked. Two disciplines, one practice - the behavioural and the decision sciences, applied together.

The same behaviour shows up on four surfaces. In people : how individuals decide. In products : how design shapes choice. In orgs : how structure and incentive move behaviour at scale. In culture : the norms that make some choices unthinkable and others automatic.

Every extra step, form field and confirmation screen taxes a behaviour. Remove friction from the things you want people to do. Add it — deliberately — to the things you don't. Sludge is just friction pointed at the customer's interests instead of the company's.

Behaviour is a property of situations at least as much as of people. Change the environment like the default, the framing, the friction, the moment , and you change the choice. We design the environment.

Most data is noise mistaken for insight. Our job is to find the few variables that actually move behaviour and ignore the rest , and to be honest about how confident the evidence lets us be.

When an intervention doesn't work, we tell you clearly, and early. A tested idea that failed is worth more than an untested one that flatters everyone. We'd rather be useful than impressive.

What people say and what people do rarely match. We observe behaviour where it happens, run experiments in the real setting, and treat self-report as a hypothesis to be tested ; not a finding.

Capability building means your teams keep doing this after we're gone. We don't manufacture dependence on a consultant; we transfer the method, the instincts and the standards and measure whether they stuck.

Foundational training that gives teams a shared, accurate model of how people decide - bias, heuristics, motivation, context and, just as important, where the popular version of behavioural science is wrong.

We build the capability to run trials that actually answer the question: designing valid experiments, reading effects honestly, and telling correlation from cause - so decisions rest on evidence, not dashboards.

Teaching teams to design the decision environment on purpose like defaults, framing, sequencing, friction and salience ; and to build interventions that are ethical, transparent and measured against a control.

Senior decisions are high-stakes, low-feedback and bias-prone. We build practices like pre-mortems, calibrated forecasting, structured dissent, base-rate discipline - that improve the quality of a decision independent of how it happens to turn out.

Hands-on capability in behavioural and qualitative research: framing the right question, sampling without fooling yourself, interviewing, coding, and turning observation into an intervention rather than a slide.

For organisations building an internal capability, we help design the operating model where the team sits, how insight reaches decisions, what it's accountable for and coach it until it runs without us.

Nudge is a tool, not a worldview.

Small changes to the decision environment are powerful, but they're one instrument among many and the wrong answer to a structural problem. We reach for the intervention the evidence calls for, not the one that's fashionable.

Debias the decision, not the person.
You can't lecture a bias away. But you can redesign the process, the default and the moment so the better choice is the easier one. We change systems, and treat people with respect while we do it.

Bring us a decision that matters.

A product people won't adopt. A behaviour that won't shift. A team that wants to reason better under uncertainty.
We take the messy, high-stakes ones.
